Line dancing, which became popular in the 70s disco era (remember the Electric Slide?), is a whole lot of fun…especially when you dance with friends! This form of dance is choreographed with a repeated sequence of steps, in which a group of people —in line formation — execute the steps at the same time.
Pictured enjoying one of our twice-monthly classes are Betty Franks, Rose Brual, Nancy Allvine, line dance teacher Leslie Thompson, Doris Kim and Abbie Codelli. (Marian David and Marge Pizzolato join them in the group photo.)
P.S. Men are welcome to join the ladies in this fun form of exercise that will get your heart pumping!
