St. George Village is a not-for-profit, mission-driven entity, owned by Catholic Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Inc. Reflecting our goal of encouraging every resident to “Be Active, Be Engaged, Be at Home,” our mission is to offer the highest quality senior living lifestyle, consistent with the traditions, philosophies and values of the Catholic Church, to people of all faiths or no faith at all.

St. George Village is managed by Wesley Woods Senior Living, Inc., which is affiliated with world-renowned Emory Healthcare.

Everything in our community — from our elegantly appointed residences, fine and casual dining rooms, indoor pool and well-equipped fitness center to our wide array of educational, travel and social activities — has been designed exclusively for the enjoyment and comfort of our residents.

Life at St. George Village features an array of services such as a flexible meal plan, housekeeping and flat linen service, scheduled transportation, activities and wellness program, low-cost VIP Internet and in-room Wi-Fi, paid utilities and total maintenance of each residence including major appliances. Our community is completely secure, with its controlled entrance and an emergency call system with 24-hour monitoring. Additionally, our residents have peace of mind, knowing they will have priority access to assisted living, memory care and nursing care, if and when needed.

We offer a large selection of floor plans among our one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom/den independent living apartments. Offering generous living and storage space as well as den or office options, most floor plans also include a screened porch or sunroom. Each residence has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as a washer and dryer and central heating and air conditioning systems. Our recently remodeled apartments feature open floor plan concepts and an array of classic, timeless finishes from which to choose.

Our Wellington Court community features elegant, comfortable private apartments for those living in our assisted living, memory care and nursing care neighborhoods.

Residents pay a one-time entrance fee that entitles them to the lifetime use of their apartment home for as long as they maintain an independent lifestyle. The entrance fee also allows residents access to all campus amenities and assures priority access to assisted living, memory care and nursing care in the future.

The entrance fee does not deliver title to the residence; however, it is 75%-85% refundable, depending on the type of life care contract chosen. If the resident leaves for any reason, the refundable portion of the entrance fee will be returned to the resident or their estate once a new entrance fee is obtained.

Yes. A monthly maintenance fee is charged to cover all amenities and services addressed in the previous question. It also covers taxes and one reserved parking space.

Once you have selected your residence, 10% of the entrance fee is required in order to reserve the apartment. The balance of the deposit is not due until the residence is available for occupancy.

Yes. All deposit monies will be placed in an escrow account until your residence is ready for occupancy. Should you or your spouse die, become disabled or have a serious financial setback after executing the residence agreement but before moving into St. George Village, your entire entrance fee will be refunded. If you withdraw for any other reason than those stated, you will receive a full reimbursement less a $500 application fee.

We offer a wait list option for those apartment styles that are fully reserved. A deposit of $2,500 is required to maintain a waitlist status for a specific apartment style that is currently unavailable. Once the desired apartment becomes available, this deposit will be applied to the balance of the entrance fee. Should your situation change or you no longer qualify, the deposit, minus a $500 application fee, will be refunded.
