We are seeking candidates who have some activity experience in the Assisted Living or Memory Care comprised of 69 homes (30 skilled care, 25 assisted living and 14 memory care).

Shift – Candidate would need to be able to work an 8 hour shift Saturday and Sunday and some holidays. Candidate must have experience in the geriatric field working with seniors and possess a strong professional appearance, positive attitude, be willing to work in a team setting.

 

License Practical Nurse

Experience – Current Georgia LPN License with at least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing environment

Shift - 7 am - 3 pm 

The ideal candidate would have previous experience with managing and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants regarding all areas of resident care.  Assisting with resident care, administration of medications as ordered by physician and documents according to policy, monitoring residents for changes of condition and notifies family, physician and communicates observations to staff and unit manager, communicating with other healthcare providers, including therapy, pharmacy, hospice, lab and private caregivers,   implementation of all resident care plans; changes plans of care according to changes in resident’s condition,  performing a new resident nursing assessment for admissions to the unit and initiates the nursing care plan and regulatory compliance in the neighborhood. 

Experience – Current certification in the state of Georgia and as least 2 years of stable experience in a nursing home and possess good communication, documentation, assessment, and interpersonal skills.

The position would entail being responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living including: dressing, bathing, grooming, hygiene and toileting, responsible for observing residents at meal time and serving meals in the dining room; having knowledge of special or modified diets for specific residents, communicating with other healthcare providers to promote continuity of care, assists in implementing individual resident care plans, have knowledge of change in resident condition and reporting them to the charge nurse, communicating with families regarding resident’s routine care and schedule, monitoring and maintaining appropriate resident records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Shift - Full and Part Time.  Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of one year serving experience (stable job history preferred) - able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. Full Time

Shift – Hours and Days and flexible and based on business needs.

 

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience working with senior setting up fitness programs, assist with resident heal education, lead daily exercise classes, oversee maintenance of equipment, schedule contract instructors and seek new and innovative exercise programming.

Housekeeper and Floor Technician Care Partner – Full Time

Shift – Candidate would need to work 7:30 am – 4:00 pm and rotating weekends

 

The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of stable work experience in a nursing home, hospitality or hospital. Must be able to work independently, problem solve and enjoy working around all types of people.

Housekeeper would have prior experience in detailed cleaning of resident apartment homes, common areas and maintaining a clean safe home like environment along with other assigned duties. 

Floor Technicians would have at least 3 years of experience cleaning all types of floors with numerous cleaners and equipment. 

We are seeking a experienced Project Coordinator that would provide support to the Plant Operations Director and maintenance staff 3 days a week.

Previous experience required working with contracted design team and designers, tracking installation dates and working with contractors to assure projects are completed timely, communicate schedules and tentative completion dates to resident council and building and grounds committee, coding invoices and have them checked off and approved by the Plant Operations Director, logging all expenditures, and communicating effectively to vendors regarding their invoices

  • $1.50 differential on evening (3-11), night (11-7) and weekend shifts.

Requirements:

  • GED or high school diploma
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Minimum three years work experience (stable job history preferred)
  • Clear background check, Pre-employment physical, drug, Tuberculous and COVID -19 tests
  • Candidates must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Should have availability to reliable transportation (no bus service available in the local area).
