Dry wall touch up, apartment painting, Site cleanup, Lighting review for the community and bulb replacement, Record water temp and state mandated temperature logs, Minor plumbing repairs, Utilizes power and hand tools safely and proficiently including personal protection equipment, Respond to emergency calls, Works independently, Painting trim work, advanced drywall repair, Wall construction, Minor electrical tasks at the 120 volt level including outlet repair, dimmer switch repair, hanging electrical devices, Minor service on HVAC equipment including filter change and thermostat replacement, Utilizes power and hand tools safely and proficiently including personal protection equipment.

 


Housekeeping

CDL Bus Driver

Experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience driving a bus or company vehicles in a timely, safe and orderly manner driving to and from required destinations, meeting all federal and state driving regulations and requirements required, must have a valid State CDL Class license with a passenger endorsement and driving record must be clean with Clear record and up to date medical examiners card.

Shift: Hours will vary according to scheduled doctor's appointments or resident outings, but availability 8:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday. Driver needs to be available at short notice including evenings and weekends and also filling in when our drivers are ill and/or using PTO. This position will not guarantee hours on a regular basis.

Must be able to care for and maintain community vehicles, including regular scheduled services, cleaning and keeping fuel in vehicles and by maintaining a service log. Be accessible to management during working hours. This may include using electronic equipment, such as a cell phone or pager, or by using other means to stay in touch at all times. Interact with residents regarding their transportation needs in a caring, considerate and professional manner. Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of vehicles (service and oil changes, gasoline and cleanliness inside and outside vehicles) Maintain mileage, repairs and incident log, scheduling and notifying residents of daily trips. You must be proactive in fulfilling job responsibilities, attend training seminars, on-line training and demonstrate a positive attitude daily and be an active contributor to the TEAM. Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs as they will be responsible for carrying groceries, wheelchairs and walkers to and from the bus.

 


Server

Part Time 

Shift: 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Serve residents and guests meals and beverages in a courteous and professional manner with a sense of urgency during high and low service times. Have knowledge of menus.

Performs pre-opening and closing checklist duties as assigned by the dining room manager, assistant dining room manager, or team leader.

Responsible for full service dining such as serving and bussing a wide variety of dishes including: all meats, assorted vegetables, desserts and beverages of choice, including alcohol that resident may bring into the dining areas.

May be assigned special duties other than what is indicated on this job description such as: bussing or food running, bartending, hosting or dishwashing.

Follow set guidelines that pertain to all proper cleaning, sanitizing of tables, chairs and storage of service utensils and providing a clean safe and neat work environment for residents, self and staff. Maintains all floors and designated service areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and scrubbing as required.

Assures all utensils and equipment used in food preparation and service are sanitized and cleaned properly prior to returning to proper storage or dining areas. (May Include washing and prepping or cooking food).- Competitive Pay Rate
